A leading MEP contractor is looking for a Commercial Manager to develop and implement the commercial strategy for high value MEP Building Services projects in the region, you will:
A wide variety of MEP Building Services projects ranging from £20mil – £100mil across commercial, residential, retail, education and healthcare in the Greater Manchester and surrounding region.
Our client is looking for Commercial Managers with strong experience of commercially managing high value projects for MEP or main contractors.
You will be experienced in managing high value, high severity claims for projects.
Experience of leading small commercial teams is desirable, however, not essential.
