A leading infrastructure contractor is looking for a Commercial Manager to lead a team and deliver a high value, multi-year maintenance framework, you will:
• Commercially manage a newly won maintenance framework
• Lead a medium sized team of quantity surveyors
• Support the QS' with pricing and monitoring projects
• Forecast, monitor and manage budgets across the framework
• Manage CVRs, payment applications and invoicing
• Report on the delivery of key contractual obligations

Leading a team to deliver a wide range of maintenance, minor projects and electrical works across the South-East region.
You and the team will commercially manage hundreds of live low value projects at any one time.
Our client is looking for Commercial Managers or Senior Quantity Surveyors with at least 5+ years commercial experience in a senior role.
You will have experience of leading small to medium sized commercial teams… due to the team management aspect Quantity Surveyors will not be considered for this role.
You will have many years experience commercially managing maintenance, minor projects and electrical works for a contractor, subcontractor or housing association.
Due to the high volume natural of this framework, they are not considering candidates who are managing large projects… candidates must have recent high volume project / framework experience.
