A leading main contractor is looking for a Buyer to deliver the end-to-end procurement activities for a portfolio of national utilities projects., you will.

• Manage large value materials orders.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure metrics, governance, and actions are in place for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are being met.

A portfolio of multi-utilities projects nationally.

Our client is looking for a Buyer who has strong civil materials procurement experience from an infrastructure contractor or any civil engineering subcontractor. They are also interested in seeing Assistant Buyers who are looking for a step up.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing function which will see this role develop over time into a Senior Buyer position.
