Buyer

A leading housebuilder is looking for a buyer to help support with high rise residential projects in London; you will;

• Work alongside other departments in the regional business unit to advise on costs and delivery of materials on a site-by-site basis
• Sourcing new suppliers and implementing supplier performance reviews
• Manage the tender process for material packages
• Ensure savings, rebates and compliance are achieved in line with business strategy

High rise residential and large schemes across London

Our client is looking for candidates with 2+ years procurement experience from any construction contractor or leading housebuilder.

Ideally you will have strong materials procurement experience.
