Assistant Supply Chain Manager

A leading infrastructure contractor is looking for an Assistant Supply Chain Manager to support the Highways sector supply chain strategy, you will:

• Support Supply Chain Managers when meetings with the supply chain
• Data gather information from the supply chain
• Analyse and create reports and Power BI dashboards
• Present data findings to senior stakeholders
• Report on supplier performance issues
• Support projects teams with their supply chain commitments
• Setup meet the buyer events

Supporting the development and deployment of the Highways sector supply chain strategy across all national projects.

Most of the projects have been awarded from National Highways.

Our client is looking for Supply Chain Coordinators, Buyers or experienced Assistant Buyers with 2+ years experience.

They are open to meeting candidates with experience across any construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry.

You will have strong excel and systems experience, and any experience of Power BI would be beneficial.

If you are currently in a buying role, you’ll be happy to move into a full supply chain coordination role with no operational buying duties.
