Assistant Supply Chain Manager

A leading main contractor is looking for an Assistant Supply Chain Manager to support with various supply chain management activities, you will:

• Managing the compliance and governance of the supply chain
• Analysing supply chain data and preparing management reports
• Updating Power BI and other systems
• Gathering and preparing performance management KPI data

This is a group role managing compliance and performance management across the entire supply chain.

This will involve interfacing with contractors, manufacturers, and distributors.

Our client is looking for procurement and supply chain professionals with 1-2 years’ experience working in any construction or engineering related industry.

This role is ideal for Supply Chain Coordinators and Procurement Analysts looking for a step up, or Assistant Buyers and Buyers who want to move into a more supply chain management focused role.

You will have experience of interacting and persuading suppliers and communicating with internal stakeholders.

You will also have strong Excel skills and the ability to analyse data and make recommendations based on this.
